Eugene Mac Service was designed to fill in the missing gaps for service and repair of Macintosh computers in the Eugene/Sprinfield area. We start working on your computer here in Eugene, rather than shipping it out to a service center in Portland or beyond. We work directly with you and provide you a single point of contact throughout the entire process.

When you call in for service, we'll facilitate prompt onsite pickup and delivery of your computer. Our goal is to repair and return your Mac as fast as possible with a minimum of cost. The status of your service is available by e-mail, daily phone text messages, or by simply just calling us directly. No automated phone systems or operators; we work with you directly using a single point of contact.
